General:
The Avalon Park area falls under the juridiction of Orange County for fence construction and permitting. Orange County is extremely easy to work with when it comes to fencing. They do have several "Line of Sight" restrictions that apply to corner lots, but I have experience in the requirements to provide you information and suggestions to maximize your project. Most communities in Avalon Park allow only vinyl or aluminum fences, but most yards are small which keeps the fence affordable.

Permitting:
Obtaining permits from the Orange County Building Department is extremely easy. The permits are issued over the counter to registered contractors, like myself. A survey is required for the permit to be issued. I've spent a lot of time pulling permits in Orange County and I know most of the permit techs. I also pull permits in person which helps nip any problems or complications in the bud and allows me to work with the permit tech to get the permit issued as quickly as possible.
