General:
The City of Winter Garden has few restrictions on fencing types.
Permitting:
Obtaining permits from the Winter Garden Building Department can be a little frustrating. Permit applications must be dropped off for review by the planning department, which can take several days. The city also prefers a copy of your HOA approval letter be included with the application packet. A survey is required for the permit and any project over $2500.00 must include a Notice of Commencement. Luckily, we handle all this for you as part of our standard service.
