And that any removal of old fence will be a simple tear down and haul away with any obstacles or complications.

Posts are set at least 2' in the ground (total depth depends on the height of the fence) and anchored with a minimum of 20lbs of concrete. All aluminum gates come with self closing hinges and a key lockable thumb latch. Pool safety key lockable latches are available if your fence needs to meet pool code regulations.
