The City of Leesburg is still pretty rural and has no real restrictions on fence types or styles. They rely on HOA's to determine appropriate fence types within their communities. But just because your mailing address says Leesburg you may not be within city limits. Unincorporated Lake county does not require a permit for a residential fence. We can check your property status to determine if a permit is required.
