The City of Winter Springs is growing quickly, but a good portion is still within Unincorporated Seminole County. We will check your property status to verify if you are inside or outside city limits.
Permitting:
Winter Springs fence permits have gone completely online and wait times are usually 7-14 days. Winter Springs still has a 3" setback rule for fences. So if you want to run the fence to the property line you will need a signed & notarized permission letter from your neighbors. Otherwise we have to install the fence 3" inside your property line, even if the current fence is on the property line.
